Thor's swing takes his half of the circle and Spidey's acrobatic kick has Thor's back as it swings his half of the circle. Brilliant art team with the experience from ASM brought over to launch the new team up book.

Love your take on the Thor/Spidey action, but Andru had not drawn ASM yet when this was published. He went from MTU to ASM. Mooney though, yes, loved his inks over Romita on ASM.

Yikes! A hitch in my timeline! Excellent splash with the top notch artists that gets me confused since there is that same quality applied.

Great title splash, immediately drawing the reader into the action. Mooney's smooth inks really add to Andru's wildly dynamic figures.

Loved Marvel Team-up! How cool is it to see Spidey battling with Thor! And it's drawn by another great Marvel team-up--Ross Andru and Jiim Mooney!

A perfect disco dance floor scene! just picture the lighted square floor shining bright as Spidey break dances and thor boogies down! So fun!!

I like how they break the 4th wall and call it a splash page in the narration. Beautiful peace, double dog doozy!
