DescriptionI'm not a strip collector, but my nostalgia for Bloom County is strong. Here's a classic early strip that recaps the love triangle that was running at the time. The best part (besides cherub Milo) is the inclusion of Opus in the last panel. His search for love became a huge theme for the series, and is first addressed in this strip. Social/Sharing |

I loved Bloom County too. A real nostalgic strip for me.

Nice panel border breaking and an iconic shot of Opus. Always a treat to see these as they got featured on Mile High Comics catalogues extensively. I have no idea why, but it certainly imprinted to me how much Bloom County was a great strip.

I haven't read anything from Bloom County for many years (is it stil published?). But your strip seems to be a great example. Congrats.

I remember this very strip!! I read, and re-read, my Bloom County collections for years. It's been a while, but it all comes flooding back. Great acquisition!!

Lookin' for love in all the wrong places...I remember this arc, and this particular strip, too. Bloom County was my favorite. It was one of the few that actually made me laugh out loud. Heh, that last panel. What a great score. Big congrats!

Until C&H, Bloom County was my clear favorite - this is a nice strip the way it names the characters - and, of course, Opus!
