DescriptionWhen this page popped up in a prominent dealer's update, I was like wow, that is a cool piece of Marvel Magic by Sal, a sweet Sub-Mariner battle page with some great panels...and the price seemed not so bad so I pulled the trigger! I like this page enough that I decided to revise my related galleries to give this a natural place to land so now looking for more Imperius Rex! pagesSocial/Sharing |

Sweet page with great sense of action anatomy done to show power and rage. All the poses with great range of motion and some strikes are with full extension!

I love that the six panels are a complete sequence in and of themselves. Panel 1 - the encounter. Panel 2 - trapped in a deathgrip, Panel 3 - the escape, Panel 4 - the villains power, Panel 5 - impending defeat, Panel 6 - TRIUMP! Really almost a perfect self contained page. Just a great, great, pickup! Congrats!

Wonderful! Brilliant Sal artwork, and plenty of action. The pose of Red Raven (viewed from the level of his legs) really accentuates the 'otherness' of that strange being. Great page!

Rope-a-doped! KTOW! I love Sal battle pages. Everything is extreme, with haymakers sending people flying all over, and each blow is Super Charged. Panels 2 and 3 couldn't be more Sal if they tried. Awesome. Big congrats!
