Description

No other artist captures raw emotion as well as Tim! This page is no exception! One of my favorite pages from the Cap White Book! Steve Rogers aka Captain America in the church chapel, paying respects to his sidekick, James Barnes aka Bucky. Alongside the One eye-patched Nick Fury, this is a page to die for! I’m also a sucker for pages with Christian symbolism due to my Christian faith background. I also like that Tim drew this in ink, no wash or powdered graphite, to capture the emotions clearly.

I love it when Sale does these pages with stark black and white. They read so well and have such an impact. His ink wash is wonderful but these always stand out. Huge congrats!
