Really nice exposition page to reset for anyone catching up to the storylines. It is tailored to the issue and uses lots of panels and images to keep interest in the audience.
Nice 'transformation' scene, from Cap to cop. Nice page!
I always enjoyed that they tried to give Cap jobs in the 70s and 80s. This, artist, etc. It was a fun way to make him more realistic and relatable, imo. I'm not always the biggest Perlin fan, but I do like his work with JB, and he did a great job inking here. Nice zipatone usage, too. Congrats!
