The craggly look and the tight detail around the eyes give the Thing a world weary look and full of that original character's tragic charm.

Pacheco is a top tier Thing artist. Nice image and extra bonus that he's chomping a cigar.

I always love The Thing with a cigar, which is how he should always be seen. Love the sharp lines of the rock, really giving The Thing the roughness that matches him.
