That's a great page, especially like that 1st panel!
Nice Meta page with mentions of Marvel Action Hour (FF and Iron Man) and Spider-Man The animated series that were running in 1994. Of course, Modok appearances rule! So a War Machine triumph against Modok adds to his Q rating and maybe more appearances on TV.
I have to assume that MODOK was trying to stop the broadcast so Sue couldn't get out the information that a Nick Fury film was in the works. MODOK knew that the David Hasselhoff movie would set Marvel back in its attempts to be taken seriously, and he wanted to save Marvel from itself. MODOK is the hero here, not those corporate shills in the Fantastic Four. An excellent page!
