DescriptionCLICK HERE FOR AUCTION LISTING!16-3/8x25" Crescent Illustration board features oil painting original art by noted fantasy and comic book artist Dorian Cleavenger. Art is first version of page painted by Cleavenger, featuring different page layout than what Cleavenger eventually painted for Vampirella Monthly #26, published by Harris Comics April 2000. Art has been signed on back by Cleavenger and has inked "33/13X - First Version" notation. Art features six panels, showing Dixie, Lady Death and Vampirella battling Nazis, w/Dixie at center holding reclaimed Pantha totem. Lady Death appears in only one panel while Vampirella appears in two panels. Trace edge/corner tip wear but o/w Exc. Social/Sharing |
