Description
This was a try-out Strip Rosenberger submitted to syndicates for the Sands of the South Paciific story. Obviously.... Sands is a man, not a beach. The strip was rejected but stories were published by Toby in 1953 in a comic of that name.

The strip seems to be a totally different story than the ones i n the comic- I would not be surprised if the cover I own was originally the cover to the promo package for the strip- the cover was heavily modified for the published comic
