Description

Martin Simmond’s textural art style really suits The Department of Truth subject matter incredibly well and I think has contributed quite a bit to the success of the series. I was drawn to this page because it gives off a 90’s X-Files vibe in my opinion. I am definitely happy to have it as part of my collection.

It does give off the Truth is out there vibes and nods to the Topps X-Files series that had great painted work. Simmons is able channel all of these influences and forge a unique voice in the comics landscape.
