Description

Hidden on this very detailed Double Page Title splash (in the bottom right corner) is the very 1st time ever that the Flame comes to life...where he starts his tale about his own origin.

Yes, this is a historic Birth page...but, honestly, I remember getting this many years ago because I was drawn to Tom Grindberg's art depiction of this crowded bar scene with all the warriors present.
Love that smiling waitress, carrying tankards of ale, in the middle of it all.

I love over-crowded pages like this...I find myself always looking for new details each time.
