Description

While I am a fan of many different art styles, when push comes to shove I always gravitate towards artists who swim in inky pools of darkness. And there is perhaps no better modern master of negative space than Eduardo Risso.

I've been a fan of Eduardo's since I pulled issue #23 of 100 Bullets of the shelves over twenty years ago, and have commissioned several 11x17s from him over the years. While his prices have increased since I last commissioned him in 2009, there was no way I couldn't add one of my all-time favorite artists to my growing collection of Captain America scenes.

The result has all the inky goodness I could have hoped for.

Iconic scene forever immortalized in the Mighty Risso Manner! The balance of black and white is effective and the image itself will resonate with Risso fans and MCU fans.
