Description

This looks like a painting done for a Spanish or later edition of Pierre Giffard's French Dime novel Le Guerre Infernale published before WW1 but basically is a future horrors or war piece of speculative fiction. Signature is partially cut off the style apes the original Guerre artist Alberto Robeda

Biggest tank I've ever seen!

This was a battleship on land and there were probably plans dreamed up to actually do something like this. Building the biggest and most lethal of war machines might seem cool, but they are the tools to keep down the oppressed as we see here the horrors of war.

Yes this could be a "Popular Science" type of cover only European as those style magazines of the 1920's and 1930's often had this type of futuristic painting o nthe cover .
