DescriptionWolverine Vol. 2 #85 page 16 art by Adam Kubert originally published in July 1994. This issue was part of the Phalanx Covenant story line that crossed over through all the X titles at that time. The Phalanx are basically the Marvel version of the Borg from Star Trek and this page depicts Psylocke being attacked by them. I've really wanted some old school published art featuring Psylocke and when I came across this page during the Comic Art Live Fall 2021 event I knew it fit what I'd been looking for, including a full body and a headshot of Psylocke by one of the Kubert brothers! You get your money's worth with that high intensity style of Adam Kubert on Wolverine! This vintage piece shows the full horror of the Phalanx with Wolverine helpless as they assimilate Psylocke and Jubilee. It is a visual feast that gives us nostalgic goosebumps.

So much to love on this page. Psylocke, Kubert, Phalanx, great storyline/crossover and beautiful art/composition. Congrats on this really great page.
