DescriptionWoah, I have a Wolverine from Jim Lee's X-Men run inked by Scott Williams!!! Squeals in high-pitched teenage school girl!This was a big, big trade for me, but I had to take the shot when it presented itself. Love the drama of the claws flashing in the darkness. Then the reveal of a huge, splashy Wolvie in full berzerker mode standing over some poor dead dudes. The large detailed image of the X-Men's long-time foe, Omega Red, from an early appearance is some sweet icing on the adamantium cake! Signed by both Jim and Scott at the bottom. James, I know you gave up a lot to get this page, but it's an absolutely beautiful example of Jim Lee drawing Wolvie at his most feral. I freaking love it!

Absolutely gorgeous page. Congrats on accomplishing a huge collection achievement. Hard to imagine there being very many better Lee Wolvie pages out there.

You have done it right. THIS is a truly a great piece by one of the best penciler/inker team Lee/Williams. Great page with a lot of Wolverine panels. Congrats.

Not since the movie Skin Deep has there been a duel in the dark with such saber rattling! The Wolverine and Omega Red dynamic of attitude vs attitude gets amplified with the Lee and Williams shine.

Pop Pop. Slash Slash. Welcome sweet relief, at last. I don't even know why that commercial popped into my head, but it did, and my ditty stands. SQUEAL! Dude, this is simply amazing. Whatever you traded, it was worth it. And the humor in the last panel was one of my favorite random X-Things from the 90s when it popped up. It was infrequent, but always made me smile. And his blades flashing in the dark for a slice and dice is exactly the choice I want to see from this pairing. I don't need to say anything about those damn amazing middle panels. You did good, James. Giant congrats!

Oh, man. Wowie. HUGE congrats, my friend. Really hard to top, nigh impossible, as the '90s X fan you are! Love them fightin' sounds up top, and the effect of only the 3 claws seen in those 4 black panels?! Yeaah, buddy! Then a killer (pun intended!) shot of claws out Wolvie and a close up of one of Lee's most memorable co-creations in Omega red. Whew. This one's got it all, as they say!

Absolutely incredible add to your (already legendary) collection, James... "'specially if this baby contains what I think it does!": namely mind-rending examples of a (if not THE) signature character done by this era's signature art team (too lame to post the requisite "best they are at what they do" comment? You're right... best steer clear of that one here...). Unbelievable example here, James, which is a perfect fit with the rest of your art. Brilliantly done, sir: MEGA congrats!!
