Here is The Interloper by Don Perlin and Josef Rubinstein from The Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe Deluxe Edition issue # 6. This is not a villain per my usual collecting habit so I hope to trade it for a villain OHOTMU piece if the opportunity presents itself.

Hmmm, not wearing a mask. Not wearing leather. Not pretty. What are you doing with this piece? Or does the Interloper have a secret side? Late at night he dons leather suit and mask and prances around singing "I feel pretty oh so pretty"
