Description

Another great commission from DWJ done in his trademark style that shows off frenetic action and carnage, complete with screen tones! Thea is in the thick of it and nothing is getting in her way!

I was lucky enough to snag this from Mikail during his DD show - apparently the original commissioner for this piece had requested Thea from Extremity but then was reportedly not on board with the level of gore shown as it was for one of their kids, so DWJ was kind enough to do another one. Once he heard about this, Mikail of course was quick to swoop in and take this original commission off DWJ's hands, and I was in turn happy to take it off of his. Thank you Mikail - you remain a scholar and a gentleman.

Fine energy and motion blur with all the techniques at his disposal that he ultilizes with glee as bodies separate and fly off with the kinetic burst this piece freezes in time.

The pinwheel of violence is too ultra for the kiddies. It's glorious fun for a blood thirsty adult! Like DWJ said in one of his interviews, squint your eyes and you can see the abstract composition of dark and light areas. He does this on every commission. Never takes a play off. He's the best. Congrats!
