Blackhawk by Don Perlin

After viewing the commissions on Don Perlin's CAF site. It occurred to me that with his incredible use of blacks he would be a perfect artist to do a Blackhawk commission with. Plus I had never seen him do anything with the Black Knights and I thought that was just a shame, his style is perfect for the magnificent seven.
When I talked to him I suggested he might want to do a cover reinterpretation or a recreation whichever worked best for him. I sent him a bunch of covers and as you can see Don decided to create his own cover.
This just screams for some banners like " Stranded on Skull Island" or "Can the Blackhawks survive Jungle Jeopardy?"
