Description

Recreation of a double splash of "The King" Kirby in painting style (page 2-3 from Cap America #208). Produced in Ecoline watercolor and ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 18.5" x 13".

This piece is an example of a commission I created for a client.

Gorgeous piece! This really captures all of the King's dynamism and linework, with an extra dimension to the straining body of Cap and beautifully rich colours. Great work!

Believe me you guys that look up this CAF entry: the piece is nothing else than big and really spectacular in person, It's hanging in my living room for some years :) And to Giorgio: superb, it doesn't get any better than this (with the excerption of Jack's work in b/w) :)
