This is my original art by Mahmud Asrar from the Conan the Barbarian issue 1 variant cover. A Mahmud Asrar cover holds up with the rest of the greats that worked on Conan. He really came into his own working on X-men and Conan. This cover is pierre Conan at his finest. With the details in the crowd and Conan in an arena with bodies on all sides of him. It’s perfect.
