Emotionally powerful page by Perez and Tanghal. New Teen Titans was quickly rising to be the flagship title for DC with fleshed out characters, range of ideas, and depth that Perez was able to bring in his artwork. This page plays into Vic's insecurities, as once again he is painted by others as more monstorsity than man. This leads the Titans to go undercover into the Cult of Brother Blood as one of their most enduring antagonists.
