Cap being stealthy while wearing the red, white, and blue is very much a suspension of disbelief sequence. then again, having Cap go into the future where NY occupied by enemy forces pretty fantastical in itself! Weeks and Palmer handle the storytelling with classic images. The center panel tells the story of the page,

Lee Weeks did an outstanding job on this arc. The amount of detail in the backgrounds - beautiful! Great page.
