Ok, I'm pretty sure if you grew up ... ummm... a while ago you watched Jonny Quest at some point. For the record, I watched in reruns!

But I digress. I loved JQ so much that I knew I needed to get some art by his creator, Doug Wildey. Oddly enough, finding just the right page turned out to be a lot harder than I thought. Don't get me wrong, Wildey drew a fair amount of art but there was never a page I truly loved. Until now.

The woman's face is panel three sold me!

Lee- Also a Jonny Quest fan and totally understand chasing a Wildey piece because of that. I did the same thing and landed on Sojourn pages! Yours here is fantastic. I love all the panels throughout. What a bonus to have that classic signature on it too.

It's great storytelling no matter what medium he is using. The pacing and what he chooses to show in each panel to add up to the whole. The use of zip tone make everything look like textured fabrics with plenty of good shading in it too.

Doug Wildey was a brilliant artist. The sensitivity in the faces on this page is just exquisite. Congratulations!
