Yun-seong is a supporting character in the Soul Calibur series of fighting games.

Looking for art by Rhiannon Owens, and found this sketch card on ebay. Had no idea who the character was, but thought the art was fantastic, so here it is. Question: is sketch card art that's part of a published card set considered published art?

I couldn't take a photo of the card that was true to its actual colors, which are somewhere in-between the warmer colors of the main image and the cooler colors of the additional image.
