This is a beautiful, published illustration from Perez's great creator-owned series, Crimson Plague. It has been published numerous times, in multiple publications: it was used as the inside front cover "Palette Logo" in Crimson Plague 1 & 2; it was used on a Crimson Plague signed print (featuring DiNA Simmons); and it was reprinted twice in the book, George Perez: Storyteller (on pages 119 & 163).
