POPEYE by Terry Austin .

Done on Sep 17, 2005 ; at BaltimoreCon.
Done in colored markers.
I have been to many Comic-cons since 1994 , this was probably my first time meeting Terry.
Terry mentioned having great fondness POPEYE. he He said that the POPEYE cartoon inspired him to be an artist because he'd practice drawing POPEYE while watching POPEYE cartoon.
