Description

I was not all that happy with the original version of this I published last year so I went back in and started messing with the background, the overall color scheme and added some lighting effects to make it a bit more cohesive. Tweaked the characters slightly and lost a lot of "clutter" in the background. (The benefit of working digitally... endless... ENDLESS possibilities.) Daphne Dawnstar, Zem-51 and Charlie T220. Digital color over traditional pencils and digital inks. Painted in Photoshop with a Huion GT191 pen display. Zem-51 -- the Draconian Cyborg Hunter/Seeker -- is based on a toy I had as a kid. (Which, sadly, I no longer have.) I recruited my character "Space God" to stand in as the villain in this piece. (Which is ironic because I was not altogether happy with the way his painting turned out either but feel he is perfect here.)
