DescriptionI'm not sure what Marvel or Bill Mantlo was thinking here. Up until around the 90s, Rogue absorbed consciousness, memories, and powers by locking lips. So somebody decided that Rogue should use her talents on Rom. So many questions here. Like what is she going to absorb from an alien robot? Do her eyes glow red? Does she get rocket propulsion out of her butt? Rom doesn't even have any lips, so is she kissing the right spot? What happens if she kisses Ultron? The story goes that Rogue learns the truth and goodness about Rom after kissing him. She then helps him out. Maybe she could do the same for Ultron. He might just be misunderstood. Or maybe that's a relationship for Scarlet Witch. Anyways, Sal and Joe were a great combo on this book. Social/Sharing |

When all else fails, Rogue uses her feminine charms on ROM! Her villainous smile will win us over more. ROM had to find his energy analyzer attachment before he short circuits as his Number 5 is alive!

The Butt-Rocketeer! Is that Rogues multiverse twin? Rom! Sal was so good in this series, and you can't beat Sinnott inks. Great crossover battle page. Congrats!

Most Rogue fans count this as her final page as a villain. Good Guy from here on out, thanks to ROM, Spaceknight!

Today I learned that ROM is in the Marvel universe. Who knew?

Oh yeah! Rom had many stories that included characters such as the X-Men, Fantastic Four, Alpha Flight, Hulk and even Galactus!

When were you born? You must be a toddler, comic reading wise? The best tie-in comic ever. Forget the crappy, Star Wars, GI Joe tosh.

Massive plot flaw aside, its still a lovely moment. Of course, that flaw means that she gets emotions and memories from anything she touches, be it animal, mineral or vegetable. Methinks the writer did not think this through.

Fantastic fun early Rogue piece, congrats! She was still so sinister looking at this point.
