Union Jack vs Death's Head II!

A DPS from towards the end of the Marvel UK line.

Death's Head II was a popular 90s robot bounty hunter character appearing in Marvel UK. Union Jack is the character better known for wearing a British flag inspired costume, but during the Knights of the Pendragon run he gained superhuman strength and wore multiple costumes.

Pencils by John Mould, who goes by the name "John Charles" now. Inks by Martin Griffiths.

Published in 1993.

Even if you are not familiar with the characters right away, you can recognize the 90's bold style presented in a blaring manner that comes across as a bolt of powerful nostalgia.
