Silvestri's linework can do no wrong with that fantastic glamor shot right in the middle pulling us deeper emotionally to Jean once more.

Another stunning Scott and Jean page! The figures in the 2nd panel are beautifuly drawn. Jean is gorgeous and Silvestri captured the "Just being woken up from a nap" posture Scott is in perfectly. The portrait in the middle panel is also fabulous, as are the figures in the bottom tier of panels. A sublime page altogether!

Silvestri's talent shines through even in his early work before Uncanny X-Men catapulted him into the stratosphere. This page is a great example of a superstar artist in the making.
