Shadowhawk III #1 page 22 splash - pencils by Jim Valentino (1993) 1st app of Dedline!

This is a cool full page splash of the character Dedline, that Chance Wolf created while working on the Shadowhawk series with Jim. Written at the top is a message from Jim that says: "Chance - I'm really loose here. It's your character. Render as you see fit." This page is the original pencils by Valentino, which Chance inked on a separate board with his lightbox. I don't own the finished inks but I have a scan I will include in the additional images, along with the published page in color. Also, on the back of the board is a rough sketch for Jim to get ready to draw the character. I dig that I have pencils from an Image founder and his launch title! It is also the "birth page" featuring the first appearance of Dedline!
