Triple vertical splash! I guess the layout is to read like newspaper columns. As if anyone remembers how they used to be read. The Bachalo art gets right to the grief/anger that fuels AntiVenom!

A perfectly balanced, brilliant yin-yang examination of humankind's wrestling with the "tiers" of Judeo-Christian ideals... The penitent man on the left, striving for the holy (elevated in the panel); the "real" man literally in the middle, equal parts light and dark, with the eyeline perfectly bisecting the page; the "evil personified" man on the far right, sunk on the page, black inks completely a counterpoint to the white space in panel one... and how your eye sinks downwards each level as it reads the page.... One man's descent into Hell. Brilliant.

There's a VERY real possibility I'm reading too much into this ;), but we gotta call' em like we see 'em, right? SUPERB page, Kelsey. A masterwork of composition and execution. Mega-congrats!
