DescriptionWonderful Splash (page 1) for the 4th chapter of Don Rosa´s classic "The Life and Times of $crooge McDuck", "The King of Copper Hill" (first published in early 1993). I love the layout of these introductory pages and this is the first time the reader gets introduced to a very young John D. Rockerduck, later to become one of Scrooges main adversaries (especially in the Italian Duck stories).Social/Sharing |

Rosa's contributions to the duck lore in this time period is one of the most celebrated and consequential. The lasting effect of his work still echoes today.
