Daredevil by Klaus Janson

Another legend I got to meet at Lake Como Comic Art Festival 2022 was Klaus Janson. My main goals were to get my Daredevil by Miller omnibus; Dark Knight Returns TPB & Sensational Spider-Man #1 signed, and perhaps get a quick sketch. All three were already signed by other members of the creative team.

Same as with Alan Davis, my timing was spot on. Right when Klaus came back from lunch on Sunday, I was the first & only attendee at his table (together with my girlfriend, of course). This gave me ample opportunity to check out his remark option. He did those while it was your turn in line - he was not taking a list, as such.

So I asked him for a remark. And who else could I have asked for than the Man Without Fear himself? As I was the only one there, Klaus spent quite a bit of time on this one, both in the pencils and inking phase. He even threw in some cross-hatching.

It's a beauty & quickly other attendees noticed that, too. When all was said and done, there was a line of about 10 people there.

Size is roughly 6x8, a bit bigger.
