Ram V raises the stakes for Levi as it would require him to leave behind a tranquil and happy existance for the call to action once more. The page is essential to ground him in our reality so that we can relate to his sacrifice. Perkins uses the opportunity to draw some of the most intimate moments of the series from their closeness on the streets and between the sheets.

It certainly was nice to see Levi and Jennifer finally answer the "Will they or won't they?" question and Perkins handled the scene's aesthetic wonderfully, truly capturing the tendernous of the moment.
