Description

It was a late Sunday, The Convention (not sure if it was New York but I suspect it was in Philadelphia in Suburban station, But people were well on the way to exiting.

One of the artists at the Conventions artist tables packed up and before leaving, ripped up a paper he was working on while waiting for commissions.

Curious I went over and pulled out the five ripped up scraps and was shocked. The Above drawing is the artwork.

I was confused, it was beautiful, how could an artist just rip it up and toss it? Why not just give it away?

I understand now it was just a drawing on paper, one he could reproduce again and it had no special value, but to me it was finding treasure and I took the ripped parts and put them back together and have loved them and the story for almost 40 years.

I suspect the artist is Michael Zulli from Puma Blues, but I need someone better to confirm that.
