I've wanted a nice Chadwick for the longest time. But for some reason, I never made him a priority. Thanks for reminding me I need to get on that. I really love the inherent silence in Paul's Concrete pieces.
Ooh la la , this is a beautiful piece, Mark, well done!
The nude is definitely inspiring, but Concrete also is great and the whole scene just beautiful!
Chadwick does a great job of showing the lithe model posing contrasting the stiff posing on Concrete.
You have a smutty mind, Marcus. 'Stiff posing' indeed. I see the purity, being more interested in the lead in his pencil aspect.
Great looking pick up! Love the lighting and rendering techniques used here..congrats!!
Stunning splash page/pinup for the 100th issue!
(love the little zipatone details)
Fantastic piece Mark!
I wonder what he's thinking?
Shes only discrete from this angle. Consider Concretes. Hes not even pretending to work I note, he has a little wood. I counted three pieces, leading to the inevitable question as to whether he has lead in his pencils?
A nude painting a nude. How avant-garde! ;) I've always been a fan of Chadwick and Concrete, and this is a really great image. The perspective choice is especially nice, imo. Congrats!
Beautiful piece! Concrete was for me such an unexpected joy when I read the books in the early 2000s.
Gorgeous! Love Paul Chadwick's art! This is a fabulous example!
And a chadwick too! What a collection! Lovely clean graphic style. Reminded me in some ways of Steve Rudes old Nexus work.
