Offered here is the original art for page 16 which features five panels, showing Arak after an underwater battle with a Chinese styled dragon and being pulled from the sea. Storyline is during the Dragon Festival in the city of Canton, Arak and Valda try to help the people against an invading dragon in "Here Be Dragons." Top margin has marker title and inked issue/page numbers. DC stamp on reverse. Artboard has three clipped corners, lt. aging but overall art remains clean and Exc.
