Description
Thrilled to get this Green Arrow commission from the duo of Hester/Parks who did such great work on GA in the early 2000s with talented writers Kevin Smith and Brad Meltzer.

Longtime collector but this was actually my first commission and I think they knocked it out of the park. Interestingly, Phil told me not a lot of folks ask him for Green Arrow commissions, said they usually do one per show.
