Description

I bought this at a recent Baltimore Comic Con. It was on Kitson's table in Artist Alley, and even he couldn't remember where it was published. When I got back home, i couldn't remember his name either, so I went on FB's original art groups, and quickly got both answers. Kitson did only a few issues of his comic book work in this high-contrast style that caught my eye. This double-page spread (pgs 2 and 3) is from Shadow Of The Bat #44: Cat-Man - The Secret Of The Universe story pt 3, pgs 2-3; the overall image area (both pgs together) is 20x14" .................AS YOU CAN SEE, for some reason, they decided to go with blurring the work when printing it [see 2nd pic] - is this a gross accident or intent? For whatever reason, it lost so much detail in the and thus completely obscures how wonderful the original art was/is!
