Wow, what a fantastic title splash page. This is absolutely gorgeous and classic. Love it!!
Pretty neat to have Gibbons on the last issue. This definitely has the Watchmen era style in the top panels as well as the buildings. The Batman figure may be too bold for the Owl to ever emulate.
