4 Ages Port Plate 1 The Barbarian Partially Colored by BWS

This was an incredibly lucky & rare find!

This is Plate #1, "The Barbarian", from the GbP portfolio put out by BWS back in the 74.

The first edition of the portfolio was supposed to be hand painted by BWS, and limited to 30 sets, though it has been long known that not all of the 30 hand painted sets were actually produced.

This plate was the start of a hand painted set, that was never completed, and I was lucky to come across one. In fact, I also had a second partially painted plate to go with this, and I have unfortunately mislaid it, but I WILL locate it eventually.
