I originally posted this along with page 20. But, all Murder Falcon pages deserve their own posting!

This is the final page of issue 7. Jake having done a battle of wills with the EVIL Magnum Khaos, has come back to us with more resolve than ever! He's stared down his own demons, and he's decided that his wife, his friends, his world, and his being able to look himself in the mirror are more important than a longer life. Thus he came back to us, and Brooticus was able to defeat the evil that was threatening to destroy Japan, and then the world in great fashion! These are the events that lead to this page where everyone is rejoicing.

Page 22 closes the book with the guys celebrating that win, and steeling themselves for the final showdown with Magnum Khaos and the Veldar. This final page interestingly mirrors the opening page of the first book in a way that really helps set the tone moving between issues. "It's time to take the fight to THEM."

Wow! Cool page by the great Daniel Warren Johnson as the Murder Falcon team celebrates their triumph! Love the opening panel with the cheering crowd in silhouette, then moving in to show the team emerging with a victory, however temporary. I really appreciate it when stories take a moment to celebrate their victory. Like the final scene in Star Wars IV: A New Hope. Fantastic pick-up!
