Looks like it was done in a 70's manner leaving it unfinished to indicate that Animal's journey, like life, is not finished. Wonderfully formed with animal living in the moment.

LOVE THIS! The "loose" strokes and paint spatter add to the animalistic feel. This artist has tremendous ability on display.
