Description

What is there really to say about Andrade that hasn't already been said? Dude is Eisner nominated for his work on Laila Starr and he's got a distinct art style that's eye-catching. Like other artists, I wanted to find a published page to put into the collection and settled on this one for a few reasons, 1) it's from a Marvel title, 2) Illyana appears in these panels and looks great (and thus fits my collection focus on the women characters), 3) the dialogue associated with this page is very well scripted (see additional image or the published page), and 4) it was a shockingly great price given the artist, the characters on the page, and that it's Marvel work (we all like a buy we can feel really good about). Andrade is a talent and I have a feeling his pages will start to become harder to acquire, so grabbing this one now was mission accomplished.
