Never mess with a woman scorned � whoa� Polaris was supposed to marry her long time love Havok in this issue but he ditched her at the alter for a newbie nurse! Lorna falls of the deep end and goes full on Evil Mutant! This page is that decent as you can see her throughout in a wedding dress and Magnetos helmet!! Don�t mess with the mistress of magnetism! Big shout out to Larry T for letting this one go and checking another box on my X-men quest!

Chuck Austen's run was kinda insane, but it was always interesting. Tan did a spectacular job with this issue.

The whole Havok/Annie love connected just felt like extra drama not needed for another failed wedding on these two star crossed lovers. I liked Annie but Polaris matches Havok perfectly. This page captures the scene and her character well. She is fierce and full of dangerous power.
