Cover #3 Variant Cover

First of all, I LOVE blue pencil. To get a chance to see a cover done entirely in blue pencil and not have it inked is a fairly rare opportunity, so I'm all in on this for that reason alone. But that it's finished, nice and tight and then even published this way, that's the bee's ever lovin' knees, baby!

I really dig the blues. Looks so much cooler than the printed version. 

Nick's finished pencil work is fantastic. Possibly better than his pen/ink. Always loved this piece.

That's a fun one. I love the tension it brings and is promprting to open the book to read what's happening.

I really need to look into one of these Derington blue pieces.  I love the detail that comes through with the color.  Great example, Jason - congrats!
