Batman rare publicity cel which is a recreation
of the famous 1966 opening titles sequence from the much loved "Batman"
television series.

The Batman television series, starring Burt Ward and Adam West, seamlessly
incorporated the elements of drawings and cinematography.

For fans of this classic series, this is an iconic image of the dynamic duo
inspired from the original animated titles sequence which was created by
Greenway Productions for 20th Century Fox Television. This scene appears on
screen around the 00:10 mark.

The drawing of Batman and Robin has been painstakingly hand-inked, by a
master inker, on the front side of the cel and meticulously hand painted on
the reverse side, in the same manner as the original cartoons were created.

The cel is registered against a high quality giclee print background, and is
accompanied with the TV Show logo card which would look great fully matted
with the cel, we have supplied an image to use as reference if you get the
artwork fully framed.
The cel measures 12.5" by 10.5" inches, and is in excellent condition.

Just the right moment to take this snapshot and reproduce the cel. Represents the show and it's inspiration of golden age Batman comics.

Ah, the Golden Age of Batmania! Fun animation cel that really brings back memories! You do have to wonder how we got from this bright shiny era of Batman to the era of The Dark Knight Returns. What a change!
