Awesome work by Pennington! I'm guessing Budo and Road Pig are Joe characters he designed.

Thanks! That is correct. He worked on designs on characters after Rudat from 1987-1989.

Very cool, he was a worthy successor to Rudat! He recently did a Storm Shadow for me as well, great artist!
