I'm not sure why Hasbro thought they could do better than Blowtorch but they tried with Charbroil! Another Joe that never caught my attention because he wasn't in the cartoon and barely showed up in the comic books. That being said, his design is over the top and I appreciate him now!

Jay Sullivan has done some work for the IDW GI Joe series. For issue 300 Jay drew all these individual characters that he scanned into one image! He auctioned each drawing on his Facebook page so lots of fans could have the chance to own an original! He included a CoA and a photo of the character as they appeared on the cover to 300!

To do them all separate may have been out of his control. They must have needed to figure out all the colors so wouldn't clash for such a large collection of characters.
